7. use of Google Analytics
7.1 This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
7.2 The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
7.4 This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that personal references can be ruled out. If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.
7.5 We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DS-GVO.2
8. use of Google Adwords conversion tracking
We use the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain web pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers' websites.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Here, the customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
9. use of Matomo

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the optimisation of our online offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our visitors is important to us, data that may allow a reference to an individual person, such as the IP address, login or device identifiers, are anonymised or pseudonymised as soon as possible. No other use is made of the data, nor is it merged with other data or passed on to third parties.
You can object to the aforementioned data processing at any time. The objection has no adverse consequences.

10.2 You can object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of advertising and/or data analysis at any time without giving reasons. We will implement your right to object in this respect; it is not necessary to give reasons for this.
